Verdera’s work is centered on women but not exclusive to women.
We work directly with women who want greater clarity, growth, and self-awareness in their personal or professional lives.
We also work with individuals of any gender identity who are part of women-led or majority women-owned organizations, as well as people who report directly to women leaders.
Strengthening the people around a woman leader strengthens the team, organization, or community she leads.
In short, our work supports women and the people who work with them in women-led or women-centered environments.

Many coaching and leadership programs focus primarily on skills—communication techniques, productivity tools, or leadership strategies. While those can be helpful, they address the surface of behavior rather than the patterns underneath it, which won’t result in lasting change.
Verdera’s work combines behavioral insight with a trauma-informed perspective. We recognize that how people communicate, lead, and respond to stress is shaped by patterns formed through past experiences. Rather than asking what skill is missing, we explore what pattern is driving the behavior.
Using behavioral assessment tools such as The Predictive Index, DiSC, Enneagram, and MBTI, we help individuals and teams understand the patterns that influence how they think, react, and relate to others. Our trauma-informed approach ensures this work is done in a way that prioritizes psychological safety, respect, and curiosity rather than judgment.
It’s also important to note that our work is not therapy. Our focus is on helping people recognize the patterns influencing their behavior today and translating that awareness into practical changes in how they communicate, collaborate, and lead.

Coaching is NOTtherapy, and we are NOT therapists. Therapy focuses on healing, processing past experiences, and addressing mental health concerns. Coaching focuses on the future - helping you identify the behavioral shifts, habits, and practices that will move you toward the life and career you want.
Our work complements therapy by giving you a supportive space to translate insight into action. We help you strengthen your self-awareness, build new patterns, and practice behaviors that align with your goals. If you are in therapy, coaching can work alongside it as a practical, forward-moving partner- not a replacement.

Yes! Affordability matters to us, and we strongly believe that the financial investment for coaching should NEVER be a barrier to growth. We offer flexible payment plans and will work with you to create a schedule that aligns with your budget and comfort level.

Readiness for coaching isn’t about having everything figured out - it’s about being willing to look inward with honesty, curiosity, and compassion. You’re ready if you sense that something in your behavior, mindset, or patterns needs to shift…and you’re open to exploring what that looks like.
You don’t need perfect clarity or a polished goal. Many women come to coaching simply knowing they want to gain confidence, feel more grounded, or develop alignment with who they can become.
If you’re willing to reflect, experiment with new behaviors, and take small, consistent steps forward, you’re ready. Coaching meets you exactly where you are - and helps you move intentionally toward where you want to be.

Our coaching work is 100% virtual. Because coaching involves sensitive topics, personal reflection, and honest conversations, it’s important that we meet in a private, confidential environment - not a workplace conference room or a public setting. Virtual sessions create the psychological safety and consistency needed for meaningful progress.
Our team development work can be delivered in person (we can travel to you) or virtually, depending on your needs. We are fully equipped to facilitate highly interactive sessions in either format. Whether onsite with your team or leading a virtual experience, our focus remains the same: providing a creative, engaging, supportive environment that strengthens connection, insight, and behavior shift.

Getting started is straightforward and easy. Click the “Book a free discovery call” button at the top of this page to reserve time on our calendar.
During the call, we’ll talk through the work you’re considering, the patterns or behaviors you want to shift, and what meaningful progress would look like. If the work involves a group or team, we’ll also explore the group’s context and dynamics.
At the end of the conversation, you’ll have a clear understanding of whether there’s a fit, what the process would involve, and what the next steps are—without pressure or obligation.
