Not exclusively—but always intentionally.
Our mission, vision, and values are centered on the lived experiences and leadership realities of women. Our work exists to support women’s growth, clarity, and capacity to lead well.
In practice, that means we also work with individuals of any gender identity who are members of women-led teams- because strengthening the team ultimately strengthens the woman leading it.
Here’s what that looks like:
Coaching
We work with women and with individuals of any gender identity who report to women. Our coaching focuses on helping individuals become more effective, self-aware contributors. When people perform and relate more skillfully within a team, it strengthens the overall system—and directly supports the woman leading it.Group Development
We partner with women’s personal and professional groups, as well as women-led teams, including those with mixed-gender members. Our work is intentionally focused on women-led environments. We do not facilitate group development for male-led teams.Keynote Presentations
Our keynote topics are relevant to people of all genders and are grounded in issues women commonly experience in the workplace and in leadership. These sessions are designed not only to support women directly, but also to help others better understand those dynamics—so they can show up as stronger collaborators, leaders, and supporters in both professional and personal contexts. -
We take a behavioral-based, trauma-informed approach to all our services. It is grounded in psychological safety, intentional practice, and real-world application. Nothing we do is “off the shelf” or “cookie cutter.” Ever.
Each partnership is shaped by your goals, your context, and the behaviors you want to strengthen. Our work is designed to create lasting change - not a temporary boost that fades once the session ends.

Coaching is NOT therapy, and we are NOT therapists. Therapy focuses on healing, processing past experiences, and addressing mental health concerns. Coaching focuses on the future - helping you identify the behavioral shifts, habits, and leadership practices that will move you toward the life and career you want.
Our work complements therapy by giving you a supportive space to translate insight into action. We help you strengthen your self-awareness, build new patterns, and practice behaviors that align with your goals. If you are in therapy, coaching can work alongside it as a practical, forward-moving partner- not a replacement.

Yes! Affordability matters to us, and we strongly believe that the financial investment for coaching should NEVER be a barrier to growth. We offer flexible payment plans and will work with you to create a schedule that aligns with your budget and comfort level.

Readiness for coaching isn’t about having everything figured out - it’s about being willing to look inward with honesty, curiosity, and compassion. You’re ready if you sense that something in your behavior, mindset, or patterns needs to shift…and you’re open to exploring what that looks like.
You don’t need perfect clarity or a polished goal. Many women come to coaching simply knowing they want to gain confidence, feel more grounded, or develop alignment with who they can become.
If you’re willing to reflect, experiment with new behaviors, and take small, consistent steps forward, you’re ready. Coaching meets you exactly where you are - and helps you move intentionally toward where you want to be.

Our coaching work is 100% virtual. Because coaching involves sensitive topics, personal reflection, and honest conversations, it’s important that we meet in a private, confidential environment - not a workplace conference room or a public setting. Virtual sessions create the psychological safety and consistency needed for meaningful progress.
Our team development work can be delivered in person (we can travel to you) or virtually, depending on your needs. We are fully equipped to facilitate highly interactive sessions in either format. Whether onsite with your team or leading a virtual experience, our focus remains the same: providing a creative, engaging, supportive environment that strengthens connection, insight, and behavior shift.

Getting started is straightforward. Click the “Book a free discovery call” button at the top of this page to reserve time on our calendar.
During the call, we’ll talk through the work you’re considering, the patterns or behaviors you want to shift, and what meaningful progress would look like. If the work involves a group or team, we’ll also explore the group’s context and dynamics.
At the end of the conversation, you’ll have a clear understanding of whether there’s a fit, what the process would involve, and what the next steps are—without pressure or obligation.
