This is not one-size-fits-all training. It’s structured development that meets leaders where they are and helps them grow into how they need to lead.
OUR PROCESS
1. Understanding the need
We begin by working with key stakeholders to understand what brought the organization to this point, including the challenges, goals, and leadership dynamics that need to be addressed.
2. Organizational & participant intake
We conduct a structured intake to understand the participants, the roles they are in, the teams they lead, and where things are working well and where there are opportunities for growth.
3. Participant listening session
We facilitate a group listening session with cohort participants to gather their perspective on what is and isn’t working in their leadership experience, ensuring their voice informs the direction of the program, which enhances their level of buy-in.
4. Curriculum design
Insights gathered from stakeholders, intake conversations, and participant feedback are used to design a customized curriculum aligned to the organization’s needs and the leaders’ development priorities.
5. Individual coaching intake
Each participant completes an individual coaching intake session to identify personal development objectives and areas of focus based on their unique leadership context.
6. Manager alignment session
We facilitate a kickoff session with the participants’ managers to ensure they understand the program, and how to support and reinforce the behavior changes their direct reports will be working on.
7. Ongoing coaching & group development
Participants engage in monthly individual coaching sessions (60–75 minutes) supported by customized, weekly micro-learning plans and ongoing access to their coach, alongside monthly group sessions (2 hours) where leadership concepts are introduced, applied, and discussed in a cohort setting.
8. Application & reinforcement
Leaders apply what they are learning in real time, with space in group sessions to reflect on their experiences, share challenges, and support one another in sustaining new behaviors.
9. Progress updates
We provide structured updates to program sponsors at the midpoint and conclusion of the engagement, with additional check-ins available for programs extending longer than 6 months.
